Super helpful!! I was searching for a Children’s Bible for our Sunday School that had more stories and had never heard of “Bible Stories Every Child Should Know” so I’m purchasing now! Thank you so much!
I’m so glad this helped you find a good resource. Thanks, Erika!
We got the Beginer’s Bible for our Grandchildren. Had several copies of it. I would read one of the stories to them before putting them to bed. I enjoyed it, they enjoyed it. Fairly short stories, well illustrated, and gives them an overview of the story, helping them to be familiar with the stories when they hear about them later in more detail in class or sermons.
Keeping in mind it’s a Beginner’s Bible, I’ve also given them to a couple of adults who are beginning their walk. For one, he read it, and loved it. It was simple enough to give him an understanding of the stories he didn’t know, and gave him and kicked off a desire to read his Bible. For the second adult, he’s not a reader, and unfortunately, I’m having trouble getting him to read even this. I’m going to have to get another to keep around the house!
